Right now, the babies are known as Baby A, Baby B, Baby C and Baby D. The Browns have chosen four names � Kellen Montgomery, Kaden Christopher, Kameron Michael and Kaylon Alexander, keeping with the tradition of K names on Kelton�s side of the family. The names aren�t designated according to birth order. They will wait until the boys are born to decide who is who. At first, they plan to use bracelets to identify the newborns. Their parents and family members will be around to help, and the couple is looking for someone to help care for the babies at home for the first few months. They will be born prematurely, and their immune systems won�t be ready to face a daycare for awhile. Daycare at the VA hospital would cost the Browns about $2,000 per month if they decide to use it. The babies will be born at 32 weeks, typical pregnancies last about 40 weeks.

Holding his daughter, Bui explained the meaning of her names. Kiley is her American name, and she has two middle names. Vi is her Vietnamese name, he said. Duc is a family name, and Bui�s middle name, which means �philanthropist.� Five generations of boys and girls in his family have been given that middle name. Napping just hours after her birth, Kiley was active earlier, Cao said. �She likes to look at people,� she said. Cao�s parents are in Vietnam now, but will return in two weeks and are looking forward to helping with the baby, she said. Cao is a Waynesboro native, but Bui is from New York and New Jersey, and said he�s grown to love the town. �It�s great,� he said. �I�m beginning a family here. There�s nowhere better.
