Every year St. Luke's keeps track of the most popular baby names in Siouxland and in 2008, topping the list of names were Emma and Ayden. Pet owners mad for Max
Many of 2008's top pet names also rank among the Social Security Administration's most popular baby names, such as Bella, Chloe and Sophie. For the sixth year in a row, Max was the most popular name for dogs and cats nationally in 2008, according to Veterinary Pet Insurance. Poor Rover was No. 2,534 on the list, making it less popular than names such as Zowie, Munchie, Grendel and Ginger Snap. Jack and Ella top Queensland baby names
The number of new Jacks this year has put the name at the top of the Queensland's most popular baby names list (see the full list below) for the third year.
